Laser Sharp NM – Maintenance
Laser Sharp believes in being proactive in the support of our clients printing equipment. Instead of waiting for something to break we inspect and clean each machine at predetermine intervals to maximize up-time and minimize costly repairs. The SafeGuard Twelve Point inspection and cleaning includes the removal, inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of all the major components. While these components are out, the interior of the machine is thoroughly cleaned to remove heat-causing dust.
SafeGuard Basic Support
The Basic Support package is a one time twelve point inspection and cleaning of each printer. It is recommended that this service be performed on an annual basis.
SafeGuard Premium Support
The Premium Support package includes the twelve point inspection and cleaning of each printer covered under the agreement. All labor and parts are included for a twelve month period. This package also guarantees a four hour average response time.
